Is this game really free?

Like other Marvelous USA games, SMTI is a free-to-play title designed around virtual goods and services. This means you can play entirely for free, given patience and time. Paid goods and services offer alternative ways to enjoy the game.

Will you charge a fee to play this game at a later date?

Since SMTI is intuitively designed for the free-to-play model, Marvelous USA has no plans to implement a fee at a later date. You will not incur hidden fees, and you will not enter into a situation where you have to pay to play. The goods and services offered are strictly for convenience.

I ran into an issue purchasing Marvelous Coins. What should I do?

If you experience issues purchasing Marvelous Coins, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait 24 hours for Marvelous Coins to process. We provide many of our billing services through a third-party service, so transactions do not always complete instantaneously. Third-party services are used for your protection and convenience.
  2. If 24 hours have passed and you processed the transaction through PayPal, please contact Ultimate Pay. You can reach their Customer Service Department at: http://ultimatepay.custhelp.com
  3. If 24 hours have passed and you did NOT process the transaction through PayPal, please contact the Marvelous USA Customer Service Department through our Support Ticket system, located at www.marvelous-usa.com. Game Masters are not in charge of accounting issues and are unable to assist you.

I've found a potential bug in the game and/or a player taking advantage of an exploit. What should I do?

If you believe you've found a bug or encountered a player taking advantage of an exploit, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Provide as much information as possible, including:

  1. A detailed description of the issue
  2. How to replicate the issue, if applicable
  3. The name(s) of any players in question, if applicable
  4. Screenshots

We will conduct an investigation with the information provided.

Marvelous USA employees never ask for passwords. So what should I do if an employee asks for one?

This is a common method used for phishing. Do not EVER share your password, regardless of who is asking. Game Masters and Customer Service Representatives do not require passwords to help players in our flash games. If someone requests password information, please submit a Support Ticket with a screenshot immediately.

There's a player breaching the Terms of Service. What should I do?

If a player is found breaching the Marvelous USA Terms of Service, please take a screenshot and submit a support ticket. Our Customer Service Department will help solve the issue as soon as possible. This includes, but is not limited to: racist, sexist, and other discriminatory conduct found threatening in the real world; content that violates the privacy, integrity, and/or public order of other players; mature/adult language and/or content; and content that compromises the brand of Marvelous USA, including third-party advertisements and services.

When I try to start the game, I receive an error message that won't let me in. What should I do?

Check to make sure SMTI is not currently scheduled for maintenance. Also, note if an account is found in violation of the Terms of Service, it's subject to a permanent ban. If neither of these solutions applies to you, please empty your browser's cache. In the event these solutions fail to resolve your issue, please take a screenshot of the error. Then submit a Support Ticket to our Customer Service Department with the accompanied screenshot. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
